Please join us for the 10th annual lake-wide garage sale scheduled for Friday, June 12th and Saturday, June 13th. Suggested hours are Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Property owners are welcome to establish their own hours at their discretion. The CLCA will provide advertising in the Times-Union, The-Paper and Inkfreenews.com. There is no charge for participating. There will be signage advertising around the lake; however, participants will be responsible for marking their own homes.
Break out your stars, stripes, and best party spirit—it’s time to celebrate like the Founding Fathers! You’re officially invited to our Independence Day Parade, where this year’s theme, “American Spirit,” honors the 250th birthday of the Declaration of Independence. Get creative with your ride: deck out your golf cart, UTV, ATV, trailer, or classic car in bold red, white, and blue streamers, wave those American flags high, and flash banners that shout “1776.” Go wild with Uncle Sam costumes, cover everything with stars and stripes, and add iconic touches like the Liberty Bell, bald eagles, or fireworks. The more over-the-top and nostalgic, the better—show off your patriotic flair and join us for a celebration you’ll never forget!
The excitement starts with the parade lineup at 5:30 PM at the Chapman Lake Clubhouse, and the parade takes off at 7:00 PM sharp! We’ll cruise down Chapman Lake Drive from 300N to 450N in a dazzling, all-American caravan. Want to win big? The top three entries will score amazing prizes, and there are cool gifts for 4th, 5th, and 6th place, too. Don’t miss the most spectacular, star-spangled bash of the year—see you there, ready to rock the red, white, and blue!

Whether it’s the classic Saturday morning cartoons from the ‘80s, beloved Looney Tunes characters, your child’s favorite shows from Cartoon Network or Nickelodeon, or even the latest Disney+ series, let your creativity shine. Entrants are encouraged to decorate their golf cart, UTV's, ATV's, or trailer with the 2025 theme. Classic cars and tractors are welcome. Lineup will begin at 5:30pm at the Chapman Lake Clubhouse with the parade beginning at 7:00pm. The route will begin at the clubhouse and travel Chapman Lake Drive from 300N to 450N. Chapman Lakes Conservation Association is hosting a Youth Boater Education Course March 1st, 6pm-8pm & March 2nd, 8am-12pm. Join us for this 2 day course at the Chapman Lake clubhouse located at 3019 N 325 E, Warsaw, IN 46582. The course is open to any youth 11yrs-17yrs old. The course will be instructed by a DNR officer. Pizza will be provided March 1st & snacks on March 2nd. The course will provide instruction in general information concerning boats and maintenance, what to do in emergencies, how to make your experience safe and enjoyable, and the laws pertaining to watercraft operation.
