This colorized lake depths map is produced in the public interest as an educational guide only. Actual depths may have changed due to movement of sediment and natural causes. Chapman Lakes Conservation Association, Inc. assumes no liability whatsoever for errors or omissions. 11 x 17 Color copies are available with aquatic plant identification chart on the reverse. CAUTION: KNOW YOUR LAKE.  The map is not current, some shallow areas are now larger, boat and personal watercraft operators should use caution to avoid danger and damage to the lake bottom.
 

Red = Shallow Depth up to 5 feet--Idle speed  * Orange = Depth from 5 to 10 feet--idle speed recommended.
 
Blue = Depth  10 or more feet.  Always watch for 200 ft. shoreline limit.
