CLCA board members were "directed" to mark 200-feet idle speed zones next year in a motion approved at the annual meeting. The move, put forward by outgoing board member Dan Lee, requires the organization to mark the 200-feet zones at Hog Point, near the re-vegetation test site, and at the extreme west end of Big Chapman Lake. The motion followed a report by Director Kathy Kostro that skiers damaged the test site by skiing too close.
