Equipped with a dozen eight-foot banquet tables, with chairs, full kitchen and dual restrooms. It's rustic knotty pine interior presents a warm, friendly atmosphere for nearly every occasion. Maximum capacity 90. Sorry, no public events.  Due to insurance requirements, alcoholic beverages are NOT permitted in the clubhouse or on the clubhouse grounds, by order of the CLCA Board of Directors.
 

Clubhouse non-member rental: $125 per day.
Clubhouse member rental: $75 per day.

Single event boat trailer lot permit parking: $5.00 per day, when available.

 

NOTICE: Parking on the clubhouse grounds is by PERMIT ONLY. During non-event or other non-rented days, a day permit may be obtained for $5 during business hours at Chapman Lake Marina.
